JMC Presents the Intellifan^TM at the 2002 Intel® Technology Symposium

AUSTIN, TX - September 3, 2002 - JMC Products, a leading manufacturer and supplier of thermal cooling solutions for technological and industrial applications, was invited by Intel® to present the Intellifan^TM at the annual Intel® Technology Symposium.

JMC was selected to present at a technical session along with 15 other presenters. Technical sessions were presented by Intel® personnel and other selected vendors. The Symposium was held in Seattle, Washington and was attended by more than 500 visitors. The ITS show primarily focused on thermal cooling methods for Intel® processors.

JMC was selected to conduct a technical presentation on the Intellifan^TM. Chak Chakir, JMC's Development Engineering Manager, presented the Intellifan^TM to a full crowd of attendees on Thursday, August 29th.

The Intellifan^TM is the industry's first software-programmed, single-enclosure DC brushless fan. It integrates power, fan speed control, and SMBus/I2C circuitry in a single enclosure. The Integration with existing motherboard designs is far easier, requiring nothing more than a two-wire connection.
