JMC Testing Capabilities

To ensure that we provide the highest quality products at the lowest possible price, JMC maintains state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing equipment at all of its major facilities

Acoustic Chamber: Our complete walk-in chamber provides JMC with the ability to precisely test for sound pressure.

Flow Rate/Static Pressure System: This chamber determines airflow and fan performance using the double chamber method based on AMCA standards.

Dynamic Balancing Machine: By measuring balance in two dimensions, JMC ensures proper balance for the molded blade and for the finished assembly.

Computerized Automatic Testing System: To ensure production consistency, we use statistical process controls to measure consistent RPM, flow rates, current stability, and fan motor stability.

JMC Guaranteed Performance

JMC warrants all of its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years when operated at 25°C ± 15°C, 65% relative humidity and 20% of the specified voltage rating. In the event of an operating failure during the warranty period, JMC, at its option, will either replace or repair any defective product with identical or functionally equivalent product(s). This warranty is only valid if the product is used in a manner specifically approved by JMC and in no case will JMC liability exceed the purchase price of the defective product(s).
